What we do
Our mission is to create positive change by promoting community, equality and sustainability in society. It is also important to create civil courage in our everyday life, not just in emergency situations. We must become better at helping each other and supporting each other through the different challenges and difficulties we face. By caring for each other and showing empathy, we can build a safer and more supportive community for everyone.
It is easy and so yet difficult to help or ask for help. But we must stand up for each other, raise our voices and dare to intervene when needed. Sometimes we hesitate out of fear or because we are not used to taking action. But by spreading the message of helping and asking for help more often, we can change behaviors. Let's use a finger for humanity and community instead of the finger we use with anger & hatred, and let it create a safer and more supportive environment for us all.
Isn't there a help sign already?
The sign for reaching out for help when you are exposed to violence in a close relationship exist, and you can read more in the link here.
But the Help Sign with the little finger is a general sign for help in all situations where silent help is needed. The sign can be used as help you need, as well as help you want to give.

At Christmas 2023 we organized a Christmas party for a sheltered accommodation in Eskilstuna.
You live in a sheltered accommodation because you are exposed to violence or threats, which is what we are working to reduce in the world. The gathering was very appreciated, and families etc. who came there were allowed to take the food that was left over home with them. The festivities consisted of food and games with the children. We would like to thank everyone involved and ICA Maxi in Eskilstuna who donated a penny for food. Thank you!

At Christmas 2024 we collaborated with Mys Artisteri and the production "Babblarna on tour". We were able to borrow Babblarna and some of the musical artists (who performed for free). We visited Astrid Lindgren's Children's Hospital where we entertained the children who wanted to meet Babblarna.
At Christmas 2025 we supported Stadsmissionen with a contribution that filled many bellies and hopefully secured a few nights for the homeless.
